Harris GBS Costa Rica, locally managed by Harris Adelante Servicios, serves employees through our office in Heredia, Costa Rica. Maintaining a physical office location gives us a foundation for building a true community for our Costa Rica-based employees. We offer a hybrid work environment that gives our employees the flexibility they need to achieve work/life balance by working from home, while also allowing everyone to come together as needed for team collaboration and brainstorming within our strong local office culture.

Our office is located in Ultra Park #2 in the prominent high-tech Free Trade Zone Regime. Nestled in the heart of Lagunilla, Heredia, the office is within easy walking distance from great restaurants and shopping malls and is just a few hours’ drive from quiet beaches, dense jungles, towering volcanoes, lush green valleys, mountain villages, bustling market towns, quiet rural areas, and hundreds of crystal-clear lakes, rivers, streams, and waterfalls. The office is equidistant from both Heredia City and downtown San Jose, making it a convenient, 15-minute drive for most of the 110+ employees based there.

Our Heredia office features a large conference room equipped with state-of-the-art virtual meeting technology empowering hybrid teams to stay connected whether they’re working from home or from the office. On in-office days, our employees enjoy a large, fully equipped cafeteria, ample parking just 10 meters from the main entrance, and free memberships to a full-scale fitness center located conveniently within the same office park.
